What we collect, and why
When you send us a form
Your name, phone number and email address, your postcode if you give it, and your message. Depending on the form, also the car you asked about, the day you'd like to view it, and the details and photos of your own car for a valuation.
We use them to answer you and to do what you asked: arrange a viewing, value your car, or tell you about one of ours. The law allows this because you asked us to take these steps before a possible sale, and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of our business.
News and offers
Only if you tick the box on a form, and only for as long as you want them. To stop them, tell us by email or phone.

Our team, and the services that handle them for us:
- Resend, the email service that delivers your form to our mailbox. It is based in the United States.

How long we keep them
While we deal with your enquiry and any purchase that follows, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep sales and accounting records, usually six years after a sale. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we don't keep it longer than we need it.
